Privacy Policy:

Platform Operations, Verification, and Risk Disclosures

1. Verification Information and EIN Data

OperatorsHub may collect verification-related information from companies, operators, and skilled professionals to maintain platform integrity and trust. Companies may optionally provide an Employer Identification Number (“EIN”) as part of the verification process. EINs are collected solely for business verification purposes, such as confirming the legitimacy of a company or business entity, and are not used for marketing or unrelated purposes. OperatorsHub may use EINs internally or share them with trusted third-party service providers for verification and fraud prevention purposes. Verification does not guarantee the legal status, accuracy, or legitimacy of any company, and OperatorsHub does not certify or endorse any user based on verification results.

2. Background Checks and Third-Party Providers

OperatorsHub may facilitate optional DMV reports or background checks through third-party providers, including SambaSafety. When a user requests a background check, OperatorsHub may collect and transmit personal and professional information necessary to fulfill the request, which may include identifying information, licensing details, and other data required by the third-party provider. OperatorsHub acts as an intermediary and does not control or verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by third-party background check providers. Background check data is processed solely for the purpose requested by the user and in accordance with applicable law.

3. Communications Data (Internal Messaging, SMS, and Email)

OperatorsHub may collect and process information related to communications sent through the platform, including internal messaging, SMS messages, email communications, and notifications. Communications data may be accessed by OperatorsHub for operational purposes, customer support, platform security, compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of platform policies. Internal messaging data is retained for a limited period, generally not exceeding ninety (90) days, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, necessary to resolve disputes, or subject to a legal hold. OperatorsHub does not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or availability of communications and does not treat platform communications as a system of record. Users are responsible for the content of their communications and should not transmit sensitive personal data, confidential information, or legally privileged material through platform messaging.

4. Platform Availability and Third-Party Integrations

OperatorsHub’s platform may rely on third-party services, integrations, telecommunications providers, and application programming interfaces (“APIs”) to deliver functionality. OperatorsHub may process technical and usage data related to platform availability, system performance, and error monitoring. OperatorsHub is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or security of third-party services integrated with the platform.

5. Data Security and Breach Response

OperatorsHub implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system can be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity occurring under their accounts. In the event of a data breach or unauthorized access to personal data, OperatorsHub may investigate, contain, remediate, and notify affected users in accordance with applicable law. OperatorsHub is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from a data breach beyond what is required by law.

6. User Responsibility and Due Diligence

OperatorsHub provides tools and services to facilitate connections, verification options, communications, and background check requests. Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verifying information independently, and making their own hiring, engagement, or business decisions. OperatorsHub does not control or guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information or third-party data.
